Petal Garden Studio ensures quality products and packaging to our customers. We have partnered with reputed courier agencies for safe and timely delivery. Free shipping is available on orders above Rs.499.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 2 working days. Most orders are delivered to your address within 2-6 working days from the date the order is placed. 

Can you return plants? No.

Petal Garden Studio does not accept returns on plants as they may perish due to transit stress. However, we guarantee that every plant will arrive at your doorstep in great condition.

Please note that the plant might look a little dull due to transit stress. But rest assured that exposure to sunlight and proper watering will revive the plant to its natural healthy state.

Can you return non-plant products? Yes.

If any non-plant product reaches you in a damaged state, we will accept returns and exchanges on unused or unopened products within 30 days of purchase. Simply reach out to our customer support team to start the process.

What if you are not happy with the product? You can Self Return

If you dislike the product received, you can follow the steps below to send the product to us:

1. Self Return:  Return the item to us within seven days from the delivery date.

2. Replacement or Refund: We will send a replacement or initiate a refund for the products to your source account once we receive the produc

3. Shipping Charges: You will bear the shipping charges to return the products.
